Choosing Between Paid or Free Hosting

There are a number of things to consider when choosing between a free or paid web hosting service. Setting aside cost for a moment, lets look at some factors that will help you make an informative decision. The very first thing you must consider is the intent or purpose of your website. Are you looking for a convenient way to share photos of family and friends? Or, are you considering something a little more complex such as adding multiple pages with different content on each? How about a website to promote a product or business? The purpose of your website will act as a key component in determining which type of web hosting service is best suited for you.

For example, if your website will be used primarily for personal postings, your file sizes aren’t very large and you don’t expect a lot of traffic, you won’t require a lot of disk space or bandwidth for your hosting.
If this is the case, a free web hosting service may meet your needs. Free web hosting services are also useful if you’re inexperienced in creating web pages. This type of service can provide an excellent opportunity for you to learn and practice your html skills.

You could even use a free service as a test site before uploading your web pages to your live website.
Keep in mind that most free web hosting services provide limited features compared to paid web hosting services, but normally offer enough disk space and bandwidth to host a small website. To help offset costs, though, most free providers will place advertisements on your web pages. With paid hosting, you’ll find a variety of available plans to choose from.

These plans allow more disk space and bandwidth, and usually include a number of other features such as free domain names, free sub-domains and unlimited email accounts. Some of the more advanced common features are a CGI-Bin, MySQL databases and Microsoft FrontPage extensions.

Compared to free web hosting, you’ll also find that the services provided by paid web hosting companies are much more reliable, not to mention offering a higher level of customer support.
Cost wise, there is no charge to register for a free web hosting service, although you may be required to purchase your own domain name.

For a basic paid service, you can expect to pay anywhere from $5 to $10 per month – a very small price for the improved service, support and features you receive.

The Four C’s to Crowd Catching Content

Several blogs are born everyday. Money is on the minds of these blog starters as they gaze admiringly at their bedroom wall posters of John Chow and Darren Rowse. While many more people are beginning to have successful, profitable blogs, I can not help but realize that the content of these blogs are becoming cheaper and looking almost identical to its neighbor’s blog’s content. Blogging may be the hottest money maker right now, but do not let writing skills get compromised in the process.

Creativity: Take a look around the blogosphere. How many money making blogs or sites did you visit today? I think I visit around ten to twenty blogs about money making and blogging a day. Some are really good. The rest of the time, I feel like I am reading the same stuff about improving scores and how to be a successful. This is not a bad thing. However, since readers world wide have millions of blogs to choose from, you really need yours to stand out! Dare to take some creative approaches to topics that have been beaten dry. Some ways to spice up your content would be to add an eye catching title. Instead of, “How to Improve Your Alexa Score” (which I have seen so many times I think it may be tattooed permanently on my brain cells), why not have an unexpected title like, “Raise Your Alexa Score by Kissing Ass”. So many times, bloggers will sacrifice creativity and originality and opt for SEO rich articles. It is better to write an original, creative article first, then add in SEO rich words. Quality articles go further in the long run than those that get you noticed temporarily.

Consistency: Recently, I have started spending at least one hour on my blog a day(with the weekends off). I am pretty sure anyone can write an article in one hour. This even gives time for research and editing. An article a day keeps the readers coming. Think of blog as a body. Your posts and articles are the Metamucil that help your blog stay regular. One or two days without a post/Metamucil will not harm your blog. However, after a week without any posts/Metamucil, your blog is going to be constipated, unhealthy, and in great danger. This is why consistency is an important step to having great blog content.

Correctness: For lack of a better word that started with a “C”, correctness is important in blogging. It seems like a dream come true that one can type out an article and post it in the matter of minutes. However, spending just at least ten minutes re-reading the article will add value to it. I admit that it is easy to get lazy and just post an un-edited article, and I understand that while you are typing your article it seems perfect because there are no red or green lines popping up on Word. However, I also know that it is essential to edit because there is at least one thing wrong in every first draft. The time taken to edit an article will not only make your article look smarter and professional, but it will also give you a chance to add more SEO words where desired.

Correlation: Finally, the key to great blog content is having each post/article be correlated with the others. Once you settle the niche of your blog, it is important to stick to it. I write about writing. Most of my readers are there to read about writing. If I decide to tell people my diet plan one day or post an article about dog grooming, how many of my readers are going to be interested? Exactly, none! (Well, maybe one). I know that everyday you will not feel like blogging inside your niche. However, the best content is that which flows with its brothers and sisters.

If you really want to have crowd-catching content, then try to apply these four C’s. It might take a while to incorporate them in with your SEO skills. However, although SEO writing may get you on the top of Google’s search, it will not keep your readers loyal if they are just reading poorly written articles that have, “make money online” carefully placed twelve times in them. Creativity, Consistency, Correctness, and Correlation all spell quality content.

Inbox Dollars

Inbox Dollars

Inbox Dollars is mainly a pay-to-read service. i.e. they send you e-mails. Plus you also earn cash for taking part in surveys completing offers and, well, playing games.
Offers are obviously the fastest way to earn cash.
Referrals are also key to your success. And you earn $5 for every qualified referral you get, which is quite a good bargain.
The site offers $5 when you sign-up. And you can also earn cash for searching. But, again if you are non-US, Canadian the offers are pretty limited. And referrals can be the most important source of income to you.

Overall the site is well managed. I actually signed up for these guys a long time ago and when i checked my account recently it was suspended for not being used for quite a while. So my guess, you should be on the ball. And as always hard work does pay off.

10 Killer Ways To make People Click!

10 Killer Ways To make People Click!

1. Use reverse psychology on your banner ads. You
could tell people not to click on your banner ad. For
example "Don't Click Here If You Are Comfortable
With Your Looks"

2. Make your banner ad words as attractive as
possible. Use words like ultimate, powerful, sizzling,
hot, etc. Your words should relate and highlight
your total offer.

3. Offer a discount offer on your banner ad. People
are always looking for good deals. You could offer
a percentage discount, dollar discount, buy one get
one free discount, etc.

4. Use a testimonial on your banner ad. This'll give
people proof they aren't wasting their time clicking
on your banner ad. The testimonial should include
enough information so they understand the offer.

5. You could have a famous and respectable person
on your banner ad representing your product, web
site or service. People will click because they'll trust
them over you.

6. Use a strong guarantee on your banner ad. You
could include the guarantee as a headline for your
offer. It could read double or triple your money back
guarantee, lifetime your money back guarantee, etc.

7. Tell people to click on your banner ad. Newbies
to the internet may net even know they can click on
banners. Just having the phrase "click here" on your
banner will increase your clickthroughs.

8. You could advertise a trial or sample offer. This
will tell people there is no risk or obligation if they
click on your banner ad and try out your product or
service.

9. Tell people the major benefit of your product, web
site or service on your banner ad. It could be benefits
like make money, lose weight, increase energy, save
money, save time, etc.

10. You could advertise a free offer on your banner
ad. People love free stuff. The freebie should relate
to your target audience. If the freebie is attractive
to them they will click.

Gain Pay

GAIN PAY
gainpay
Yep just another GPT site, gainpay is also a best choice in many gpt users. Why is that? well simply because they have attractive rates. Yep they do have attractive rates for their offers but the offers are simply limited, to international users of course. And you might want to think again before earning serious cash with this program.

Any referrals?
Yep, Members will earn 10% of their direct referral earnings,2% of their indirect referral level earnings, 1% of their 3rd level to 10rd referral earnings, Upline accounts are only credited for downline activity . You are credited for downline activity once every 24 hours.

Payout?
ok no heres where people mess it up. If you are a verified paypal user, you can cashout a minimum of just $1. and if you are unverified it goes up to $5. $5 for e-gold payments as well.

overall this is yet another common GPT site with an added human touch which makes it "OKAY". Once again more options are with you if you live in US or Canada.

Cash Posting

Cash Posting

Cash posting is a forum where members get paid for every post. The forum has over 9000 members and from what seems it still keeps growing. The forum is not targeted for one audience and you do find loads of interesting topics in random.

Is it legit?
Yes it is. on the forum itself you could see a special thread for it's members to show off their payments and from what I've seen in it it looks genuine.

How Much Will I Earn?
You earn $0.03 for each post you make. And $0.05 per referral. Although you could post an unlimited amount of posts per day you will only receive credit for the first 30 posts. So it's just $1 per day. But it seems ok as you can earn from referrals as well.

Payment options?
They only per their members via paypal.

Overall cashposting is well worth your time and all you have to do is post and dissuss topics with other members. There are loads of people on the forum so your posts wont go unrecognized. However I should say that you should make lenghtly posts. And, for goodness sake stop SPAMMING! the admins have very strict guidelines and they wont hesitate from banning you.

Make That Dollar

Make That Dollar
Yet another GPT site which provides it's members with cash for filling out forms, completing offers and filling surveys. The service is open worldwide and you just need an E-Gold or a Paypal account. The greatest thing about this site is that the site provides their members with great support. The admin is very reliable and so far I've received positive feedback on his live support.
The ability of a site to connect with it's members is one major factor determing its excitance and popularity. Make That Dollar does just that.

The Site is a little disorganized, but it really doesnt matter since you can easily get adapted to it. you earn by completing offers and clicking ads also by completing surveys. Referrals are also a key earning earning option. You earn 7% of what your referrals earn and you get 5% from any upgrade they make. In my opinion one or two refferals wont make a differance at all you need a lot. So obviously competetion is high. Well the site has a referral contest where they hand out a rewarding 100$ each month.
Overall this is a great site, although you need to get adapted to it and may need to spend alot of time in the beggining.

Cash Crate

Cash Crate

cash Crate offers you money for completing offers and shopping. The site only supports US residents. And you do not find many offers in it for international members. Their minimum payout is 10$ which is pretty hard to get by if offers do not exist!
They do have a referral Center, which in my opinion the best way to earn if you are using this program.
Their shopping offers are generally okay. where you get from 8% to 100% cash back on your purchase.
They have a daily survey as well which is once again for US residents.
Not exactly the the kind of site you go to earn a profit, unless you are in the US. Cashcrate is quite reliable and experienced.
So if your an international member think about the only way of earning some bucks, REFERRALS! try and reffer as many people from the US and they'll do the earning for you

ADBuX

AdBuX

What is adbuX?

AdBux is a new innovative, international and FREE English based service that allows advertisers to reach thousands of potential customers by displaying their ad on our, "Surf Ads" page.

What's in it for me?
You view websites in 30 second sessions via the "Surf Ads" page. Once the 30 seconds is up, you'll either get a green dollar sign or a red 'X'. The dollar sign means you've earned $0.01 for the visit and the 'X' means you have not earned money for the visit. You'll get red X's when you have more than one website from the "Surf Ads" page open. When this happens, you get no credit.

How much money can I make?
We pay you $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.01 for each website your referrals visit. If you're a premium member, you earn $0.015 per website you visit and $0.015 per website that your referrals visit. There is no limit in the amount of websites you visit or referrals that you obtain. Your earning possibilities are virtually endless.

Before I finish off well I gotta say if you are planning to do something big with this program you need a lot of referrals. Their referral program is quite reliable. And I've seen alot of people on the internet dying to get referrals for this site.

CHEERS!

Agloco

Personally for me this is by far the most hottest competitor around. Their motto "user First" has really paid off, and their rates are quite promising.

Agloco? what is it?
Agloco is literally owned by you, the user. AGLOCO™is the first Internet based economic network, which enables you as a Member to ‘Get your share of the internet.’ Advertisers, search companies, online merchants and other businesses currently pay lots of companies to deliver people like you to them to get your attention and sell goods. With AGLOCO™they will be paying YOU.
AGLOCO™ is also a global community of Internet users whose active Members can be paid for all their online activity. By downloading our proprietary Viewbar™ technology, members benefit from engaging yet unobtrusive content tailored to their interests. AGLOCO™ also pays its members to refer their friends to the community (and for those friends to refer more friends through four levels of extended referrals.)
The members of the development team include people with vast high-profile experience in business. Two of the best-known are Jim Jorgensen and Ray Everett-Church. A Google search with keyword “agloco” now brings up more than a million pages. As of February 7, 2007, AGLOCO has over 100,000 members already; their goal is 10 million by July 2007. WOW!!

What share will an AGLOCO member with no referrals get?

  • They will get their share of AGLOCO's profits . In my personal view this will eventually be $100 to $200 a year – but possibly less at the beginning.

  • In addition to the cash payments members will get their share of the ownership of the company – This could be much more than the annual cash check due to the multiplier effect of earnings.

Ok now what do I have to do to earn my revenue?
Once you are a member, you will need to download the Viewbar and actively surf the Web with the Viewbar running. You will get credit for up to five hours per month, and you can turn off the Viewbar any time. Also, remember that you never have to click on anything on the Viewbar if you don’t want to. Clicking doesn’t affect the results.

How much money will I make, and how is this calculated?
Once you install the Viewbar software it automatically records the time you're actively online, and you are paid accordingly for up to a maximum of 5 hours online. The rate is calculated according to the total income generated. The more members AGLOCO has, the more companies will advertise, and the more money members will make per hour.

HITS4PAY

One of my first ever paid to blah blah blah sites. I got to say that I was quite impressed with
hits4pay.

What is Hits4Pay?
Hits4pay is a site which pays you when you read their advertising emails.

What is the minimum amount before I get paid?
You must have $25.00 in order for you to get paid.

When your account balance reaches $25 or more, it's 'Cleared' or 'Zeroed-Out' to cut your check. Account's are 'Zeroed-Out' from your statistics on the 1st of every month and the checks are mailed to you on or before the 15th of the month.

How many paid emails do I get to read per day?
You may receive emails anywhere between 0 - 10 a day. We can not guarantee on the number of emails you will receive each day.

How much do I make from my affiliates reading emails?
You receive a free $10 bonus in your account when you first sign up as a member.

  1. You will earn $0.01 for each validated email that your direct referrals read.
  2. You will earn $0.01 from each validated email that your direct referral's - referral reads.
So Far so Good, But are there any not-so -good parts?
Well first of all its pay to read and you get a very minimum amount. $0.02 per email. Plus you do not get emails very often, so you might need to think of other ways of getting around.(referrals). Overall, their service is good, and these guys have been running for quite a long time so the risk of being cheated is pretty low. They offer a 10$ sign-up bonus so your first pay will arrive pretty fast. However unless you do well with referrals do not think about making cash from this site. Also when you sign-up try to select as many interests as possible since the emails will be based on these, so you will have a better chance of getting more emails.

Hello!

Hey,
Everybody has got their own reason to earn money. Some need it for important stuff and some just need for the sake of wasting. When most people do have financial issues 1 in 7 people turn onto the internet for help. Yes, with adverts like, " Earn 50k$ in one week", "Earn Money at Home" etc.etc. people tend to lurk their way in. First of all let me tell you that earning money online is not easy. Nor will you ever ( unless your lucky) earn so much cash in just a week or a month. Get rich quick is just a scam. However there are ways where you could earn a decent amount of cash. ( I use the cash i generate from MLM sites to buy Rapidshare accounts :P ) Various sites are now popping up very fast providing us with various money making opportunities like pay to click, pay to read, etc etc. To get the cash you need to first do what the website tells you to. Usually you will just have to fill forms and click on banners. Its actually that simple. Although the amount you earn is quite low. And the websites giving you the payments get quite alot.
Now this is where I come in. I'm here to provide you with the best web companies and various reviews to online money making sites. I give out reviews from my own personal experience. And I will try to be as accurate as possible. If you have any questions mail me at kicker313@gmail.com or add me on Instant messenger pbsworld@hotmail.com
Yep, that's just about it. Now lets get into business ;)
